Achva in Hebrew means brotherhood. Our intention is to gather with openhearted men looking to grow, connect, and recharge. As our nation experiences deep and unprecedented difficulties, we believe the time is now for us to unite as brothers.
Many of us have needed to shoulder the weight of being the pillars in our worlds, for our families and communities. To sustain this role, it's essential to step away from the frenzy and refine our center.
Achva offers a moment of peace—an opportunity to evolve, expand, and elevate how we show up as men - not just for ourselves, but for our families, friendships, and the world.
Curated with care, our lineup of exceptional facilitators and transformative workshops unfolds against the serene backdrop of the Israeli desert. We provide tools and practices for an experience that goes beyond just the retreat. Immerse yourself in experiences that awaken your spirit, nourish your soul, and open your heart to life's beauty, unlocking the power of your mind. Join Achva, and become part of a brotherhood that is ready to welcome all of you, exactly as you are.
Our vision is for you to leave energized, clear, and confident—connected to your heart and a community of courageous, compassionate men. You will feel rejuvenated and ready to walk the path of your true purpose.
Return to your world alive, awake, and attuned to every opportunity that awaits you.

Zev Gelber, Mordechai Wiener, and Akiva Pamensky are the creators and hosts of Achva Men’s retreat. They are each passionate about creating conscious communities in their lives. The Achva Retreat was conceived with the goal of bringing the spirit of community, healing, and brotherhood to men across Israel and the globe.
During these times specifically, we believe that our nation requires resilient men—those deeply attuned to their emotions and inner selves, yet simultaneously strong, empowered, driven, and committed to being a pillar for our families and communities. Achva was created as a space for men to find a true balance between authenticity and strength, inner connectedness, and purpose. Our goal is for each and every one of us to show up fully in our lives with a harmonious blend of authenticity and strength.
