We will awaken our physical senses through the immersive practices of cold plunge/sauna, nature, and movement sessions, while nourishing our bodies with healthy meals.

We will go inward with breath-work, live music and heart-opening sharing circles. We'll arouse our spirit together, and discover the power of brotherhood.

Achva in Hebrew means brotherhood. Our intention is to gather with other authentic men seeking awareness and connection in their daily life, in order to inspire and support each other to become better and stronger men.

Omer Gonen Haela

Musician, Song Circle Leader

Omer Gonen-Haela. His music is influenced by the diverse backgrounds of his musical studies and world travels. His songs are songs of prayer and depth, of love and connection, holding the vision of a human world based on respect, trust and connection to all that is alive.

Zohar Wilson

Psychotherapist and Facilitator

Formerly a staff sergeant in the Israeli army and an advertising executive in corporate America, Zohar shifted his energy two decades ago from war and consumerism into healing.

He was the founder and director of Alok Health, the first holistic center in New York City, and has taught and counseled at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Zohar is board certified Holistic Health Counselor through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and was induced into Psi Chi, the American National Honor Society in Psychology. He is a graduate of the Hakomi method training program for experiential therapy and is a certified Chi Kung instructor.

Yom Tov Glaser

“The Possible You” Workshop

Yom Tov Glaser is an accomplished surfer, mountain biker, guitarist - and spiritual mentor. Yom Tov is the creator and visionary of ‘The Possible You’ seminar which helps people tap into their unrealised potential and begin to consciously create their lives in alignment with their soul’s mission and purpose.

Dr. David Moshe

Yoga and Tai Chi Teacher

Dr. David Moshe has been a resident of Pardes Chana for the last ten years and has lived many places in the United States before then. Since 1987 he has been helping people overcome challenging medical conditions, specializing in the treatment of pain, and most common ailments such as fatigue, insomnia, colds, coughs, menstrual problems, digestive disturbances, pediatric complaints, stress, and more.

With extensive training in Acupuncture, Chi Gong, Thai Chi, Yoga and Internal Family Systems David brings a wealth of knowledge to his patients and to the community. David has been an integral part of the now well known Chayal’s Angels that offers daily free treatments to soldiers all over the country.

Cold Water Therapist

SOMA Breathe and Meditation Instructor - Multidisciplinary Holistic Health therapist – expert in touch and healing therapies (graduate of Reidman College HHP). Certified Ice Water Therapy instructor – CWT Heat and Cold transitions practitioner - ‘Fire&Ice’.

Married with four sons, Dov retired from the high-tech industry after 15 years after he understood that his destiny was in healing and helping people.While living in Thailand for a few years he found the SOMA Breathe method, trained and qualified to spread the word. Dov is also a frequency researcher and biohacker.

Micha Horovitz

Breathwork Therapist

Micha Horovitz is a well known and respected healer in Israel. With over 20 years experience in teaching Feldenkrais to groups running workshops, retreats and a busy clinic in Mitzpe Ramon Micha is also a Breathing therapist specializing in ReBirthing for individuals and large groups. He is also a very experienced therapeutic masseuse (working with tissue and fascia) and incorporates various types of acupuncture methodologies.

3 days and 2 nights on the Eco-Retreat Center, Zman Midbar. Catered meals, and a cozy shared room to sleep in. Cost is 2850 ils. (Early Bird 2350 ils until October 12)

What are the accommodations?

The retreat will be held in the serene Judean desert at the Zman Midbar retreat center. Accommodations are in heated shared rooms including sheets and blankets.
